Position Summary
The Membership Director is responsible for driving local membership growth, developing community engagement programs, and managing sponsor relationships.
This role combines sales, relationship management, and event strategy, ideal for professionals who are passionate about building networks and helping others succeed.
Membership Directors act as brand ambassadors and are central to the growth and reputation of Network Over 30 in their region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Membership Growth & Retention
- Recruit new individual and corporate members through networking, social media, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential members to explain benefits and determine fit.
- Manage renewals and reactivation campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote limited-time membership offers.
2. Sponsorship & Partnership Development
- Identify and engage local businesses to sponsor events or advertise in Network Over 30 channels (social, newsletter, job fairs, etc.).
- Build long-term relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and vendors.
- Assist in creating sponsorship proposals and closing partnership deals.
3. Event & Program Coordination
- Work with the Events Team to plan and promote in-person and virtual events (e.g., networking mixers, job fairs, contests, webinars).
- Ensure sponsor visibility and brand integration at all events.
- Attend and represent the network at major local events, conferences, and mixers.
4. Community Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for members in your region.
- Facilitate introductions, collaborations, and local meetups.
- Promote inclusivity, mentorship, and professional development among members.
5. Reporting & Performance
- Track monthly metrics (new members, renewals, sponsorships, engagement).
- Meet or exceed regional sales and membership goals.
- Provide feedback to leadership to improve membership experiences.
Time Commitment
The Membership Director role is designed to be flexible and entrepreneurial, allowing candidates to manage their own schedules while meeting key performance goals.
Expected Weekly Commitment:
· 15–25 hours per week, depending on event frequency and sales activity.
· Attendance at monthly regional meetings and quarterly virtual trainings (1–2 hours each).
· Participation in at least two local or virtual events per month for member engagement and visibility.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a performance-based leadership position designed to grow alongside the network.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role with commission earnings tied to new membership sales, sponsorships, and approved add-on services. Top performers have the potential to earn $1,500–$3,000+ per month, depending on level and results.
⚡ Note: Commissions are paid monthly based on new membership sales, sponsorship revenue, and qualified add-on services.
