Looking for an experienced Make-Ready Technician with painting experience for our friendly communities located in Houston.
Champions Pointe Apartments is a 224-unit apartment community in the North Houston area.
We need someone who can...
- Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vacant units.
- Perform minor to moderate repairs, such as drywall patching, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Paint walls and other surfaces.
- Check, clean, and ensure appliances are in good working order.
- Replace or repair light fixtures, faucets, door hardware, and other fixtures.
- Conduct detailed inspections of all areas (walls, floors, appliances, etc.) to identify and address any issues.
- Maintain the general appearance and upkeep of the property grounds as needed.
- Other similar tasks as needed involved in the maintenance of an apartment community.
Primary Requirements:
- Painting Experience
- Apartment maintenance experience ideal
