What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll create an exceptional customer experience while helping drive the success of the dealership and building strong community connections.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a high quality, effective and professional sales experience to all customers while following the Dealership’s sales process.
- Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Keep up to date with new products and changes in sales promotions.
- Work with our internet program, e-Leads to generate new sales and contact current and prospective customers, greeting customers as soon as they enter the dealership to create lasting relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to succeed.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
