NOW HIRING: Concrete Laborers – Start ASAP!
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience. The Concrete Laborer will work with a crew to complete commercial projects efficiently and professionally.
Concrete Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing job sites for concrete placement, including excavation, grading, and site cleanup.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Set up and remove concrete forms, stakes, string lines, and other jobsite materials.
- Assist with pouring, spreading, and moving concrete as directed by the foreman or concrete finishers.
- Use hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, compactors, jackhammers, saws, and vibrators safely and effectively.
- Assist with backfilling, grading, and site restoration after concrete work is completed.
- Clean, maintain, and store tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Help monitor and protect freshly poured concrete during the curing process.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and jobsite procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, finishers, operators, and other crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions, including lifting, carrying, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
