Independent FedEx Ground Contractor HSJ Logistics is looking for full time Delivery Drivers for the (Sterling / South Riding Area)/
We are a growing FedEx Ground contractor looking for reliable and motivated Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our team.
Location:
Dispatch from 20200 Sycolin Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175, deliveries in Sterling and South Riding areas.
Pay Structure (Total Weekly Pay):
-Training Period: $18 per hour
-After Training – Tier 1 (Beginner): $1,000 per week
-Tier 2: $1,100 per week
-Tier 3 (Top Performers): $1,200 per week
Your weekly pay is based on your delivery volume (stops + packages) and how well you follow company standards. Drivers who consistently perform well and maintain high standards can move up the pay tiers.
Shifts are typically 5 days per week, between 7 to 9 hours per day, depending on your route and performance.

Job Details:Drive a P1000 or a P1200 step vans,
Average 130–160 stops per day (mix of residential and business deliveries),
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections,
Deliver and pick up packages safely and on time,
Provide excellent customer service,
Work independently while being part of a team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (truck, van, Uber, Lyft, etc.),
Clean driving record,
Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check(paid for by us),
Must be able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with assistance when needed,
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
