Allspice Cleaning Service is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our growing team. We specialize in apartment turnovers, move-out cleanings, and residential cleaning services for property management companies throughout Stark County.
We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of delivering a high-quality cleaning experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turnover and move-out cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Perform detailed cleaning including appliances, cabinets, baseboards, floors, and surfaces
- Follow Allspice Cleaning Service quality standards and checklists
- Submit required before/after photos of completed work
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or supply needs
- Maintain professionalism while representing Allspice Cleaning Service at client properties
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, hotel, or apartment cleaning)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with camera
- Ability to work independently
- Must be dependable and communicate professionally
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must successfully pass a background check
Background Check Requirement
Because our contractors access residential properties, apartment communities, and client locations, all applicants must pass a background screening. Each applicant is reviewed individually based on job-related factors and client safety requirements.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
