N Zone Sports North Bay Area is seeking energetic, passionate coaches to lead youth sports activities for children ages 2 - 11 at various preschool/elementary schools in Pinellas & Pasco Counties.
Ideal candidates must have at least one year of experience working with preschool/elementary aged children.

At N Zone Sports North Bay Area, our mission is to provide the highest quality youth sports programming—starting with a child’s very first sports experience. We believe that learning the fundamentals should be fun, and our programs are designed to promote skill development in a positive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach/ coach preschool and elementary children, ages 2 – 11, the fundamental skills in soccer, t-ball, flag football, basketball, scoops (our version of junior lacrosse) and pickleball. Our core curriculum will be provided to coaches.
- Lead fun, age-appropriate sessions at local Preschools and Elementary Schools
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that builds confidence and teamwork
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality physical education experiences
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Manage behavior management strategies to foster a positive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging curricula that promote physical fitness and skill development.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in childcare and youth engagement.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance participant experience.
- Foster relationships with parents, community partners, and stakeholders to promote program visibility.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (preferred: 1 or more years in childcare, education, or coaching)
- Outgoing personality, enthusiasm for sports, and strong communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able/willing to pass a “Florida Level 2 background check” and get fingerprinted as you will be working with Preschools and Elementary aged students
- Reliable transportation to commute between school locations
- Must be able to work onsite, in person, at various Preschool/ Elementary Schools across the defined territory
- Must be able to work on the following day or days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 11:00 AM – 5:00PM
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
