Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing quality resident care and support. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate healthcare services to our residents.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform resident assessments
- Assist in various medical procedures, including wound care and blood administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and medical information
- Educate residents and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
Licenses/Certification:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
- BLS Certification.
- ALS Certification preferred.
- IV Certification preferred.
