Thinking about a career in real estate but don't have your license yet? Keller Williams Luxury Del Mar will cover the cost of your California pre-licensing classes through KSCORE, our program for future agents — no real estate license or experience required to apply.
Join one of San Diego's most established Keller Williams offices, backed by Keller Williams' global training and support network.
While you're working through your classes, you'll join us one evening a week for KSCORE Night at our Del Mar office, where you'll learn directly from working agents, get your questions answered, and start building real relationships before you're even licensed.
What We Cover:
- Your pre-licensing class tuition
- Weekly in-person coaching at KSCORE Night with real, active agents at a real office
- A clear path from enrollment through your California license to your first day as an agent
- Ongoing training and support once you're licensed and active
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable working independently and being paid on commission once licensed — our agents are independent contractors, not salaried employees
- A strong communicator who's comfortable building relationships with people
- Self-motivated enough to complete your classes and pass your exam on a reasonable timeline
- Able to cover your own state licensing costs (exam, license, and background check fees — typically $300-400, separate from the class tuition we cover)
If you've got the drive but not yet the license, this is where you start.
Already have your license, finishing up your classes, or waiting on your exam results? We want to hear from you too. Getting licensed teaches you the law — it doesn't teach you how to actually build a business. We provide real leads, a full coaching and training program covering everything your license classes didn't (available online or in person at our training facility), accountability, camaraderie, coaching tailored to your specific situation, and a financial support package for your first year, including discounted fees, so you have room to build.
