We are seeking a Dynamic Physician's Assistant with joint injection experience (Orthopedic, Sports Medicine experience a plus) to examine and treat our concierge medicine patients.
This is a Physical medicine office. We are looking for someone 1 -2 days a week, at a minimum.
We prefer someone experienced in orthopedics or sports medicine with a large preference to someone with joint injection experience.
Must be licensed in the state of Ohio.
- We specialize in the use of regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, sports related Injuries, and chronic pain. This person must be passionate about regenerative medicine and helping patients through natural means of healing without the use of drugs or surgery.
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $650-$675 per day plus bonus
This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional PA to perform orthopedic focused exams and administer joint injections in an out-patient setting. This position is a part-time role and perfect for a highly qualified PA or NP looking for an excellent working culture and very competitive pay.
Ideal candidates will have extremely positive attitudes, believe in the potential of regenerative medicine to help people avoid surgery, have joint injection experience and ideally a regenerative medicine/holistic background, and have exceptional bedside manner and ability to build immediate rapport with patients. Additionally, candidate must have active DEA license or be willing to obtain a DEA license. Location of the clinics is Howland/Warren area in Ohio.
Qualifications:
- Be outstanding with patients and develop immediate rapport
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge and belief in the potential of regenerative therapies to help patients avoid surgery
- Joint injection experience
- Exceptional customer service skills since we are a concierge medical practice
- Experience in Ultrasound usage preferred
- Perform orthopedic focused exams
- Experience administering joint injections in an out-patient setting
- Must have an active OH PA license
