Be Still Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking a dependable, hands-on Spa Operations & Float Attendant to join our Riverside team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a combination of guest service, facility maintenance, and wellness operations. You'll help ensure our float therapy suites, wellness equipment, and spa environment remain clean, safe, and operating at the highest standards.

Be Still Wellness & Aesthetics is Jacksonville's premier destination for wellness, recovery, aesthetics, and longevity services. We provide float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, body contouring, injectables, laser treatments, and advanced wellness services in a luxury environment.
ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit
- Prepare float rooms and wellness suites between appointments
- Educate guests on float therapy and wellness services
- Maintain a calm, clean, and professional atmosphere
Float Tank Operations
- Monitor and maintain float tank water quality
- Perform water testing and chemistry balancing according to company protocols
- Maintain filtration systems and equipment
- Assist with routine float tank cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Monitor salt levels and replenish as needed
Facility Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Stock supplies and inventory
- Assist with laundry and facility upkeep
- Support preventive maintenance activities
Physical Requirements
This is an active position that requires:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to move and stack 50-pound bags of Epsom salt
- Ability to lift and replace reverse osmosis water containers
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout the day
- Ability to work in warm and humid environments when servicing equipment

- Reliable and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable learning water chemistry and maintenance procedures
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Friendly and professional with guests
- Able to work independently and follow established protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a spa, wellness center, gym, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Experience with pool, water treatment, or facility maintenance systems is a plus
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to learn technical procedures and maintenance schedules
