```Duties```
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Train and supervise store employees, including scheduling and performance management
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and targets
```Requirements```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
- Proficient in phone etiquette and able to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales analysis
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience as a cashier or clerk is preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processes is an advantage
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
