Our Client Advocate Specialists assist clients with their auto, home, life, health, and business insurance needs by answering policy questions, processing changes, and providing guidance on coverage options. In addition to delivering outstanding service, this role plays an important part in identifying sales opportunities, developing new business, and helping existing clients secure the right coverage solutions. Atlas is one of the largest and fastest-growing Independent Insurance Agency Groups in Minnesota.
Qualifications
- A High School Degree or equivalent is required
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2 + years of insurance experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Answering questions regarding all lines of coverage and assisting with carrier changes, claims, and billing.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Work with existing clients to round accounts by identifying additional needs, providing quotes, and selling needed coverages and/or policies.
- Be able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Will have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Can work independently.
- Is someone who thinks critically and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technology and computers.
- Maintain a positive attitude
