Description:
Stratford Homes is seeking a dependable and motivated Home Building Technician to join our production team. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment focused on building high-quality custom homes.
Team members are assigned to a specific department (such as framing, drywall, electrical, roofing, or finishing) and play a key role in the home building process while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety .
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the construction of custom modular homes
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work within an assigned department while supporting team production goals
- Maintain quality standards and follow building codes
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
