Position Overview
The Luxury Retail Operations Showroom Supervisor manages all showroom operations in New York. They report directly to the Operations Manager and works with the sales team to facilitate seamless client interactions and contribute to overall success.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Must be physically able to assist with stock handling, which includes bending, lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.
- G suite and MS Office skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of technologies and digital tools.
- Experience in a high-end retail environment is preferred.
- Hands-on leadership style.
- Strategic and developmental mindset.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS systems.
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Manage and support all day-to-day showroom operations including inventory management, logistics, shipping, and the physical handling and movement of stock in collaboration with the team, while ensuring a high-touch white-glove delivery experience for clients.
- Identify partnership opportunities and support community engagement initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of installation associates, overseeing scheduling, project execution, and quality of installations to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
- Assist the sales team with client viewings, showroom appointments, and product presentations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate with internal service teams to obtain and provide accurate service and installation quotes for clients.
- Provide strong leadership to support the growth and development of team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient transfer of inventory to the showroom.
- Provide feedback to Operations Leadership on workflow improvements, operational efficiencies, and service processes.
- Oversee showroom upkeep to ensure the space consistently reflects brand standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
