Account Supervisor
American Security Associates Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Account Supervisor to oversee security operations at a designated client location. This position is responsible for supervising Security Officers, ensuring proper staffing coverage, maintaining quality service standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between site personnel and management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Security Officers assigned to the site.
- Conduct regular post inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, post orders, and client requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to newly assigned personnel and existing staff as needed.
- Ensure all shifts are properly staffed and respond to scheduling issues, call-offs, and coverage needs.
- Assist with employee coaching, counseling, and performance management.
- Monitor officer appearance, professionalism, and adherence to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicate operational updates, policy changes, and site information to assigned personnel.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, employees, and management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory, security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred.
- Current Florida Class D Security License required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient report-writing and documentation skills.
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
