Electrical Foreman – Data Center Projects (NC, GA & OH)

Lead Long-Term Data Center Projects
We're seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead commercial electrical crews on large-scale data center construction projects throughout North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio.

Every project is scheduled for 1 year or longer, providing steady work, consistent overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on active data center construction sites.
- Plan daily work assignments and maintain production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical specifications.
- Oversee installation of conduit, cable tray, feeders, branch circuits, switchgear, transformers, panels, and related electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, project specifications, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
- Manage manpower, materials, and project progress.
- Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman.
- Required: Data center construction experience.
- 7+ years of commercial electrical experience.
- Proven experience leading electrical crews on commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit
- Cable tray installation
- Wire pulling and terminations
- Switchgear and electrical distribution equipment
- Blueprint and schematic reading
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to projects in North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio.
