Job Title: Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
Available Shift: 6A-6P PRN

Requirements:
- CMA certification required.
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders, Medication Administration Record (MAR), and facility policies.
- Document all medication administration and related activities (e.g., doses given, refusals, timing) in the resident record in a timely and compliant manner.
- Monitor residents for medication effects and changes in condition and report concerns immediately to licensed nursing staff.
