We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our outpatient clinical research team supporting pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated studies across multiple therapeutic areas, including diabetes, weight management, and metabolic health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screening, recruitment, and eligibility assessments
- Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy, vital signs, and EKGs
- Collect and document accurate medical histories and clinical data
- Execute and document informed consent in compliance with regulatory standards Manage study activities using electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Maintain and complete FDA-regulated regulatory documentation
- Utilize Veeva Vault for trial master file and document management
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, GCP, and sponsor requirements
- Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and pharmaceutical partners
- Support multiple ongoing therapeutic trials in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in outpatient or clinical trial settings
- Strong hands-on skills in phlebotomy, EKGs, and clinical assessments
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, and regulatory documentation Experience with pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems and Veeva Vault
- Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and patient-facing communication skills
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in diabetes, obesity, or metabolic clinical trials and more
- Experience with informed consent processes and audit readiness
- Background in high-volume outpatient research clinics
