About
Not every hygiene job is built the same. At Atlantic Dentistry, Gleam's founding partner practice in Jacksonville, we talk a lot about clinical excellence, technology, and growth. But at the end of every day, what makes this practice truly exceptional is its people. At Gleam Dental Care, we don't promote based on tenure. We don't cap your growth. And we don't ask you to settle into one practice and stay there forever.
We're a Jacksonville-based dental group expanding across multiple locations — and we're hiring Registered Dental Hygienists who want to sharpen their clinical skills and advance based on performance.
