At Genghis Grill in Duncanville, we pride ourselves on delivering a fresh, fast, and flavorful dining experience. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This role is vital to keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Take out trash and assist with recycling
- Support kitchen staff with cleaning and basic prep tasks when needed
- Ensure floors and work areas remain clean and safe
Qualifications:
- No experience required (we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment
