We are looking for a creative, organized, and platform-obsessed Social Growth & Engagement Strategist who can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while delivering measurable growth, engagement, and community development across every major social platform.

As the Social Growth & Engagement Strategist, you will serve as the day-to-day social media lead across a portfolio of client accounts, owning growth, engagement, content, and community development for each brand you manage.

Grow follower counts and engagement across client social channels through highquality content and community interaction.

Develop platformspecific strategies tailored to each client’s audience, industry, and growth goals.

Build and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads, and emerging platforms.

Monitor trends, audio, formats, and cultural moments in real time and capitalize on opportunities for clients.

Engage with followers, comments, and direct messages to build authentic communities.

Track growth metrics including followers, engagement rates, reach, impressions, shares, saves, and profile visits to continually improve performance.

Write compelling captions, hooks, callstoaction, scripts, and copy in multiple brand voices.

Develop shortform video scripts for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Create LinkedIn posts, X threads, carousel copy, and platformnative content tailored to each channel.

Leverage AI writing tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency without sacrificing authenticity.

Edit shortform videos with captions, transitions, sound, graphics, and branded elements.

Repurpose podcasts, interviews, and longform content into engaging social assets.

Utilize AI tools such as Descript, OpusClip, and Captions.ai to scale production.

Guide clients on simple lighting, framing, and audio setups to improve content quality.

Coordinate and manage UGC creators when needed.
Graphic Design & Visual Content

Design graphics, carousels, Story templates, and social assets using Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar tools.

Maintain consistent visual identities across multiple brands.

Create platformoptimized assets tailored to each channel.

Scheduling & Distribution

Schedule and publish content across client accounts using Vista Social.

Optimize posting cadence and timing based on audience behavior and platform insights.

Manage approval workflows to ensure content is reviewed prior to publication.

Test formats, hooks, posting times, captions, and creative approaches.

Maintain testing logs and document learnings.

Conduct monthly content reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Share successful strategies across the client portfolio.

Deliver clear monthly performance reports.

Present recommendations and insights confidently to clients.

Utilize analytics tools including Sprout Social, Iconosquare, and native platform reporting.

This role is for someone who gets excited about growing communities, studying what works, and continuously improving content performance.

25+ years of social media management experience, preferably within an agency environment.

Proven track record of growing social accounts with measurable results.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to multiple brand voices.

Video editing experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or comparable design platforms.

Experience utilizing AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Descript, OpusClip, and related technologies.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. The hourly rate shown is for posting purposes only and represents an annual salary of $72,000.
