Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a part-time Community Clinic Coordinator RN. This position plans, implements, and evaluates community clinical educational programs and clinical experiences for future, current, and advanced practice healthcare professionals on behalf of Nebraska Methodist College's Division of Diversity and Community Partnerships
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and evaluate educational programs by conducting needs assessments, identifying learning priorities, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance, and measuring program outcomes.
- Build and strengthen community partnerships by networking with clinical affiliates, expanding clinical placement opportunities, participating in advisory boards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support clinical education by aligning clinical experiences with curriculum, maintaining clinical partnerships and documentation, overseeing student and faculty support, and ensuring adherence to program policies.
- Provide high-quality instruction and curriculum support through effective teaching methods, course planning, curriculum development, student engagement, and continuous course improvement.
- Serve as a liaison and foster effective communication by delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with faculty, leadership, students, and clinical partners, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the college's mission and strategic initiatives by serving on committees, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, participating in college events, maintaining compliance, and representing the college within the community.

Schedule:
- Flexible. Timing of community-based clinics are typically 4-6 hours in length, but hours are dependent on community need - which includes weekend days and the occasional evening.
Salary:
- Pay starts at $68,790.81 a year and may increase based on work history/experience.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Those who are in pursuit of Masters of Science in Nursing degree will be considered. MSN must be obtained within 2 years.
- Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program graduate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required.
- Prior experience in project management and data analysis preferred.
- Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) License, valid compact multi-state license, or a temporary permit while awaiting licensure required for the work-state.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire.
