Medical Clinic Operations Manager
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
Pay: 76,825 to $101,409 annually, plus bonus potential!

As a Medical Clinic Operations Manager with Concentra, you will positively shape healthcare in your community. Working together with medical leadership and operational professionals in outpatient, urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care, you will ensure an exceptional patient experience while overseeing daily center operations. You will lead support staff, optimize patient flow, support clinical teams, and drive efficient, high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on support for patient flow and service delivery, ensuring exceptional experiences while leading staff and supporting clinicians in achieving optimal patient care.
- Manages key operational metrics and workflows, including Turn Around Time (TAT), Patient Experience Rating (NPER), Net, Pearl C4, and other center performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Fosters teamwork, quality, patient safety, and colleague engagement while coordinating scheduling, staffing, facility operations, and compliance to maintain efficient center performance.
- Builds relationships with clients and payers and partners with leadership to optimize staffing, develop colleagues, improve workflows, and achieve center business and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework or equivalent education and experience accepted
- Five or more years of medical leadership with hands-on experience; high volume of patients preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
