Position Overview:
The Brand Ambassador Assistant is a key support role within one of our leading fine jewelry designer brands. This position works closely with our Brand Specialist and buying team to support daily operations, client experience, merchandising execution, and repair coordination.
This role is both client-facing and operational, requiring strong attention to detail, a passion for fine jewelry and fashion, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
You will play an important role in maintaining the brand’s standards while supporting sales growth, inventory flow, and overall department organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Sales Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support the selling process, including appointment preparation and follow-up
- Provide knowledgeable, confident guidance on product and styling
- Assist in driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge
Merchandising & Visual Presentation
- Maintain visual standards that reflect the luxury image of the brand
- Ensure showcases are fully stocked, organized, and client-ready at all times
- Assist with re-merchandising and in-store presentation updates
Product, Inventory & Repair Support
- Support inventory processes including tagging, restocking, and organization
- Assist with tracking special orders and client follow-ups
- Help monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the buying team
- Support the brand repair process, including intake, tracking, and timely follow-up with clients and vendors
- Ensure accuracy and organization across product, pricing, and repair workflows
Operational Support
- Assist with daily department organization and workflow
- Support event execution and preparation
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all operational processes
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand Specialist, sales and buying team
- Provide feedback on client preferences and product performance
- Support overall department goals and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of fine jewelry retail experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and client experience
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
