Schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary
Join a dedicated care team providing daily nursing care and support to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality personal care including bathing, grooming, mobility support, toileting, vital signs, and restorative exercises.
- Observe, document, and report changes in condition, incidents, skin integrity, intake/output, and safety concerns.
- Support daily comfort needs: meal preparation and feeding assistance, maintaining clean linens/equipment, and keeping rooms organized.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, including room setup, escorting residents, and managing personal belongings.
- Follow all documentation, infection control, and safety procedures while participating in ongoing training to maintain certification.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Fayetteville, AR.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid Form I‑9 documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent resident care standards.
