Your job is to identify opportunities, make introductions, open doors, and help Aquarius Lux become the trusted aircraft-detailing partner those organizations call when an aircraft needs to be presented properly.

- Finding opportunities involving aircraft arrivals, departures, overnight stays, charter turns, maintenance events, and aircraft sales
- Introducing Aquarius Lux to flight departments and fleet operators
- Following up professionally with prospective clients
- Maintaining relationships after the initial introduction
- Helping develop recurring accounts instead of focusing only on one-time jobs
- Representing the Aquarius Lux brand professionally within the aviation community
You are not expected to perform aircraft detailing.
Your focus is business development, relationships, introductions, and generating qualified aircraft-detailing opportunities.

Our aircraft-detailing projects can range from approximately $650 for smaller services to $18,000+ for larger aircraft, correction, protection, or more extensive projects, so representatives are not limited to small-ticket sales.
There is significant upside for someone capable of developing fleet, charter, broker, management-company, and repeat operator relationships.
There is no earnings cap.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
We are not looking for someone to cold-call random businesses all day.
We want an aviation professional who knows how aviation relationships actually work.
We are an insured mobile aviation service provider capable of supporting:
- Scheduled aircraft detailing
- After-hours aircraft service
- Weekend work
- Rapid-turn requests
- Overflow detailing
- Fleet support
- Aircraft sales presentation
- Charter aircraft presentation
- Maintenance-event detailing

Our objective is simple:
When an aircraft is preparing for its owner, passengers, charter clients, sale, or next mission, Aquarius Lux should be the company aviation professionals think to call.
Territory
Primary focus:
South Florida
Including the Treasure Coast, Palm Beaches, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Naples.
Candidates with strong aviation relationships in South Florida, or other major private-aviation markets are also encouraged to apply.
This opportunity can expand geographically for the right individual.
Schedule
Independent contractors determine their own working schedule and business-development activity.
Aviation does not operate strictly Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so individuals who understand the importance of early-morning, evening, weekend, and time-sensitive aviation opportunities will have an advantage.

- Are uncomfortable networking
- Expect leads to simply be handed to you
- Do not follow up
- Are uncomfortable approaching decision-makers
- Want only an hourly or salaried position
- Are looking for a traditional office job
- Are unwilling to develop your own professional relationships
This Could Be an Excellent Fit If You:
- Already work around private aircraft
- Know FBO managers or line-service personnel
- Have relationships with pilots or aircraft owners
- Know charter operators
- Work with aircraft brokers or management companies
- Have spent years in aviation and built a strong network
- Want to monetize aviation relationships without leaving your current career
- Are retired from aviation but remain highly connected
- Want an opportunity where a single good relationship can generate meaningful recurring income
How to Apply
Please submit your resume through Indeed along with a brief introduction explaining:
- Your aviation background
- How many years you have worked in aviation
- What area of aviation you know best
- The types of aviation professionals or organizations you currently have relationships with
- Which airports or aviation markets you know particularly well
