Position Summary
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide direct, high quality therapy services in an environment built for collaboration, compassion, and consistent excellence. You'll operate within a clear framework that honors clinical expertise while offering meaningful connection with clients and team members alike.

- Provide individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal care teams and external partners to support holistic care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Operate within established guidelines, compliance standards, and clinical procedures
- Serve as a stable, professional resource to clients seeking clarity and support

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Licensure in Indiana (or ability to obtain) as LSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Commitment to inclusive, client-centered, trauma-informed care
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment skills
