Real Estate Listing Partner – Sales & Listing Specialist

Our real estate team is hiring a Listing Partner—a salaried, growth-focused role designed for someone persuasive, driven, and excited to help homeowners successfully sell their homes. You’ll focus on connecting with prospective sellers, setting listing appointments, following up consistently, and helping convert opportunities into signed listings—all with the support of experienced agents and an operations team.
This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in sales, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or business development who are competitive, people-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll spend your time building relationships with homeowners, nurturing leads, setting appointments, and helping our team grow through new listing opportunities.
You’ll have structured office hours, ongoing sales training, and the support of our team so you can focus on what you do best—generating conversations, creating opportunities, and winning business.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and follow up with homeowner and seller leads.
- Call prospective sellers to build rapport and identify opportunities.
- Follow scripts to deliver team value, uncover motivation, and overcome objections.
- Attend listing appointments and assist in securing signed listing agreements.
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold seller leads.
- Track conversations, appointments, and lead activity in the CRM.
- Assist with marketing prep and seller communication throughout the listing process as needed.
- Deliver exceptional communication and client experience.
- Participate in regular role-play and skill-development sessions to continually improve communication and objection handling.
- Attend team training, roleplay sessions, and sales meetings.
- Drop off goodies to past clients and referral partners (“pop-bys”).
- Generate new listing opportunities through relationship-based follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in Louisiana (or willing to become licensed within 6–8 weeks of hire).
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Sales-minded, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
- Friendly, energetic, and highly responsive.
- Comfortable handling objections and setting the appointment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and communication tools.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
