We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our HR Director with day-to-day administrative operations. This position will focus strictly on administrative support and office tasks rather than HR decision making or employee relations.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, able to multitask, and comfortable handling confidential documents and office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Organize, file, and maintain employee and office paperwork
- Review resumes and assist with applicant organization
- Prepare and process documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
- Support the HR Director with administrative projects and tasks
- Handle incoming paperwork and ensure documents are completed properly
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Self-motivated and dependable

Monday–Friday
8AM-5PM

This is an in-office position and is not remote.
