ATM experience is preferred, but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidate.
Duties
- Installing, configuring, and programming ATM equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing ATM hardware, software, and communications issues
- Providing customer support via phone, video calls, and on-site visits
- Performing preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
- Coordinating ATM installations and removals
- Managing service inventory, replacement parts, and returns
- Maintaining organization of the service vehicle, warehouse, and parts inventory
- Some packing and shipping of web orders
- Completing service documentation and work orders accurately
- Participating in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Delivering outstanding customer service during every interaction

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
