Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
- Perform skin analysis to recommend tailored treatments based on individual skin types and concerns
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health
- Assist clients with makeup application and color theory consultations to enhance their natural beauty
- Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or related fields
- Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, facial procedures, eyelash extensions, tattooing (if applicable), and laser therapies
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards in esthetic services
- Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of hair threading techniques and makeup application is a plus
- Ability to stay current with industry trends including dermabrasion techniques, esthetic laser treatments, and new skincare innovations
