LifeQuest is an established integrated medical practice serving the East Valley, dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term health through a collaborative approach that combines medical care, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Perform injections and office-based procedures as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, rehabilitation providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Provide exceptional patient service while building lasting patient relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-based medicine is a plus.
- Injection and procedural experience preferred.
