About the Role
Engagify is hiring an Event Marketing Representative to support live marketing campaigns and customer engagement events throughout the Charlotte area. This is an entry-level, full-time position that includes paid training and ongoing coaching.
In this role, you'll represent client brands at promotional events, engage with customers, answer questions about products or services, and help create a positive customer experience. No previous event marketing experience is required—we provide the training needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands at promotional events and community campaigns
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain products, services, or campaign information clearly
- Assist with event setup, presentation, and daily operations
- Help maintain brand standards during live events
- Track customer interactions and campaign activity accurately
- Work closely with team members and managers to achieve campaign goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face settings
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Organized with good time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event experience is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Work Location
This is an in-person position based in Charlotte, NC. Representatives work at promotional events and campaign locations throughout the local area.

Pay: $31,036.83 - $61,463.71 per year
