Nova Inn Resort is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and hotel systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
- Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, PTAC, and carpentry
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas in good working condition
- Assist with preventive maintenance and property upkeep
- Use maintenance apps or work order/communication systems to receive and complete tickets
Requirements
- Prior hotel maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to climb stairs and lift equipment when needed
