Experienced Dental Case Acceptance Specialist – Bilingual Preferred

Midtown Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Case Acceptance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident presenting treatment, discussing financial options, and helping patients move forward with recommended care.
The ideal candidate has strong dental front office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with patients while supporting office growth and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone communication
- Verify PPO insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients
- Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence
- Assist patients with financing options including Cherry, Sunbit, HFD, and other payment solutions
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment
- Support treatment acceptance and patient retention
- Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental
- Partner with doctors and clinical team members to provide an excellent patient experience
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
- Experience with patient financing platforms such as Cherry, Sunbit, HFD, or similar programs
- Open Dental experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment
- Availability Monday–Saturday

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
