Job Summary
The Bottle Labeling/Production Worker is responsible for applying labels to plastic bottles and containers while ensuring that products meet the quality and production standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Apply labels to bottles and plastic containers accurately and consistently.
- Inspect bottles and labels for defects, damage, incorrect placement, or other quality issues.
- Verify that the correct labels are being used for each product.
- Ensure labels are properly positioned, straight, secure, and free of wrinkles or other defects.
- Remove or separate bottles that do not meet quality standards.
- Assist with packing labeled bottles into boxes or containers according to production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, housekeeping, and production procedures.
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Keep necessary supplies, including labels and packaging materials, readily available.
- Communicate any safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to the supervisor.
- Work cooperatively with team members to maintain production goals.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
