Bilingual Spanish Labeler / Production Worker

Job Summary:
We are hiring Bilingual Spanish Labelers / Production Labelers for a busy packaging and manufacturing facility in Coppell, TX.
This is a light-duty production position involving labeling cardboard boxes with UPC and barcode stickers. The work is straightforward and repetitive, with a combination of standing and sitting throughout the shift.
No advanced manufacturing experience is required. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of packaging, labeling, production, warehouse, or light manufacturing experience are preferred.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:30 PM
- Overtime may be available based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply UPC and barcode labels to cardboard boxes
- Verify labels are placed correctly and accurately
- Inspect boxes and labels for quality
- Prepare packaged materials for the next stage of production
- Follow basic work instructions and production requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently in a production environment
- Stand and sit for extended periods throughout the shift
- Lift and handle lightweight materials, generally up to approximately 10–15 lbs.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
- 6 months–1 year of experience in packaging, labeling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move throughout the work area
- Able to lift up to approximately 10–15 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to Coppell, TX
