There is a $2/hour Night Shift Production bonus in addition to hourly pay and tips (avg $2.50/hour).
We're seeking a candidate for a Part Time Bread Baker position! This position is a three day a week overnight shift, going from 8pm to 4am. Either Thursday, Friday, Saturday OR Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The bread baker is responsible for baking the bread, scones, croissants, bagels, etc. You will only be baking! This is not a mixing position. You will learn how to proof and bake items according to our standards. Experience is not necessary as we will teach the right candidate. However, we are looking for someone with good time management and organizational skills.
This position is physically demanding. We are a high volume bakery with high volume equipment(commercial ovens, standard and double wide speed racks, belt loader system for deck oven, walk in proofer box, 6' peel board, etc). Must be able to be able to tolerate heat. Must be able to be on your feet for an 8 hour shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs, reach, grab, stand, walk, bend, push, pull. 18+ only. As our deck oven is tall, we do not recommend this shift for those under 5'5".
