Summary
We are hiring for an Experienced Flat Rate Line Technician.
*We are seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our dedicated team at Honda of Annapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of service quality. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
*MSI license is a plus, but not necassary.
Responsibilities
- *Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs.
- *Perform diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues accurately.
- *Execute repairs on various vehicle systems including brakes, engine, electrical, fuel system, and suspension.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize power tools and equipment effectively during repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs to customers.
- Stay updated on the latest Honda Training and repair techniques.
Requirements
- *Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or similar role.
- *Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in automotive diagnostics.
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures and dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a good Maryland Driver's License.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
