About the Role
S & H Manufacturing Co. Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in a manufacturing and production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery after training
- Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Load, move, and organize materials as needed
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or fabrication experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
