Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing home health care visits to our patients located in the community as well as in Assisted Living Facilities. This position has competitive pay. All documentation via electronic medical records software.
Duties:
- Perform routine nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in Florida
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care and/or home care settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
