We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $24.20 - $29.10 per hour
