Assist with the installation and replacement of UPS battery systems at customer sites

Support preventive maintenance and service tasks to ensure system reliability

Follow method of procedure (MOP), safety protocols, and critical facility guidelines

Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment for testing and maintenance

Collect and record test readings and service data using a laptop

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Collaborate with other service teams, including Switchgear, HVAC, and Operations, as needed

Travel to customer locations as required (approximately 30%+ travel)

High school diploma or equivalent

U.S. citizenship required

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% or more

Ability to learn basic AC/DC electrical theory

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work safely with personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow lockout/tagout and arc-flash safety procedures

Experience with UPS, battery, DC power, or critical facilities (preferred)

Familiarity with multimeters, amp clamps, or battery test equipment (preferred)
Offered compensation: $27/hr - $40/hr
