Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us expand and maintain our top-of-funnel — driving qualified leads through a mix of digital, content, performance, and community-based marketing strategies. You’ll report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work cross-functionally with design and product teams to tell our story, educate homeowners, and generate demand. Your toolkit will include not only digital campaigns but also community engagement, events, and out-of-home efforts to build local presence.

Role

Develop and execute top-of-funnel marketing strategy to drive qualified leads
Manage digital marketing channels (paid search, paid/organic social, SEO, retargeting)
Develop and optimize landing pages and lead capture flows to improve conversion
Plan and execute email and nurture campaigns across the funnel
Collaborate on content strategy (blog, brochures, case studies, video) to support education and brand awareness
Analyze campaign and channel performance, and report insights regularly
Partner closely with Sales to ensure lead quality and alignment
Work with creative, product, and external vendors to support marketing execution
Identify and test new acquisition channels to scale customer acquisition
Help shape and evolve our brand voice across all customer touchpoints
Plan and manage local events and in-person activations to drive awareness and community engagement
Opportunity to lead out-of-home (OOH) campaigns including signage, billboards, and print advertising
Design and distribute flyers and physical collateral for neighborhood-level outreach
Coordinate grassroots marketing initiatives to build trust and visibility in target markets

Experience

3–6 years of marketing experience, ideally at a startup or growth-stage company
Proven track record driving lead generation through paid digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
Experience managing or collaborating on content marketing initiatives
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar)
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with performance data and funnel metrics
Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion flows
Ability to write and edit marketing copy across ads, email, and web
Comfortable managing external vendors, freelancers, or creative partners to produce marketing assets and sales collateral
Bonus: experience in homebuilding, architecture, real estate, or a high-consideration purchase category

Compensation

All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.

The base cash salary for this position ranges from $115,000 - $120,000 per year.

Our compensation package extends beyond cash salary and encompasses various elements that contribute to a comprehensive rewards system.
