What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:

Facilitating agile ceremonies, including standups, planning sessions, retrospectives and backlog refinements

Removing blockers and impediments that could slow team delivery or impact milestone achievement

Coordinating delivery across engineering, product, design and operations teams
-
Maintaining delivery status, roadmap visibility and milestone reporting for leadership and stakeholders

Supporting stakeholder communication on timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery progress
-
Helping to identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies

Contributing to the development and improvement of delivery processes and coordination practices
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:

2-5 years of delivery coordination, delivery management or related agile program support experience

Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting agile delivery teams
-
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Familiarity with delivery tools and platforms, including Jira or similar agile project management software

Demonstrated ability to identify blockers, prioritize issues and support timely resolution

Background in engineering, computer science, business or a related field

Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have:

Experience in product-focused or fast-moving technology environments

Exposure to metrics-driven delivery approaches and outcome tracking

Certification or formal training in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent)
