Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational growth, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Oversee HR operations such as benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS management (including systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM), and compliance with employment law.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational design, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts effectively, and ensuring adherence to labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions, performance evaluations, training & development programs to promote continuous growth and skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with all HR legal requirements through diligent regulatory management and affirmative action planning.
- Utilize data analysis tools like Excel or HR analytics platforms to monitor workforce metrics, support strategic planning efforts, and optimize HR sourcing strategies.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management and human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law.
- Proven ability in change management, project management, and organization design to drive operational excellence.
- Expertise in talent acquisition techniques including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Lever for effective recruiting.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate employee orientation, training sessions, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HR systems like Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, Kronos or ADP for payroll processing and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes including FMLA administration and workers' compensation procedures.
- Skilled in data collection and analysis using tools like Excel or Salesforce to inform strategic decisions.
