Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials and body treatments
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
- Perform tattooing services as requested by clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and products
- Use salon software (such as Millennium) to schedule appointments, manage client information, and track inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician license in the state of Colorado only
- Must have a certificate for Microneedling, Microdermabrasion and Microdermaplane
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments
- Experience in body waxing and nail care techniques
- Proven ability to upsell products and services to clients
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and inventory management
