Position Summary
The Night Shift Warehouse Equipment Operator is responsible for operating Order Pickers and Turret Trucks to support evening warehouse operations. This role includes picking orders, replenishing inventory, consolidating products within racking, and safely storing and retrieving pallets to ensure efficient overnight operations and next-day order fulfillment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate Order Picker and Turret Truck equipment in a high-bay warehouse.
- Pick customer orders from rack locations using RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Replenish pick faces from reserve inventory.
- Consolidate inventory within rack locations to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Put away inbound pallets from the warehouse floor into designated rack locations.
- Retrieve pallets from rack storage for replenishment and shipping.
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and storage locations before completing transactions.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and immediately report any safety or maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.
- Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and additional warehouse responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating an Order Picker and/or Turret Truck preferred.
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
- Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights.
- Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently during evening operations.

- 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
