**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing in residential and commercial settings. We focus primarily on new construction and need someone experienced in rough-ins and trim-outs for both slabs and crawl spaces.
**Duties:**
- Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets
- Read blueprints and follow state and local building codes
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a plumber (minimum of 5 years of experience)
- Experience operating an excavator is a plus
- Familiarity with construction sites
- Ability to read schematics
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
